During summer, it becomes very important to look after your skin as the scorching heat of the sun can destroy your skin texture. One must carefully follow summer skin care routine to keep their skin and body hydrated.

Keep yourself fresh and maintain hygiene - Try to bath twice a day during summer. It keeps you away from lethargic and sticky skin. People with body odor can benefit from this. Make sure you take a bath after going in swimming pool. Swimming pool water has dissolved chlorine that may cause tanning.
Protect your lips and eyes - Make sure that you wear sunglasses and apply a lip balm before stepping out in the sun. Your lips and eyes are much delicate. You can rinse eyes with water .
Eat plenty of vitamin c rich food - During summer; eat citrus fruits like lemon, orange, amla and grapefruit. This will make your skin strong and supportive. It helps in rebuilding tissues.
